Explorations - Children's Portraits for 1 to 5 years
At this age, everything is new, and they really start to interact wit the world around them. Every experience, every person, everything in their world is there to be experienced, perhaps for the very first time.
This is the time in their lives when they begin to experience all the sights, sounds, and sensations that their expanding world has to offer.
Our daughter Chelsie is a Headstart teacher for the Salem school district, and a specialist in early childhood development. No fake smile, forced by some photographer can ever compare with the natural expressions that cross a child's face as they experience the environment around them. Catching them in the act of being themselves brings our their natural personality, and those expressions that will melt your heart every time you look at the photographs.
During this time, they change and grow so rapidly, that you won't want to miss a phase. We recommend an 18 month session, and at least once a year after that.
