Baby Portraits - The one year session

Well, you've made it. The first year is done. Can you believe how fast it went? Or how many diapers you've already changed? Even more, can you believe how much SHE's changed? The contrast between what we created at her newborn session and what we create at this session is nothing short of amazing.

You now have a real little person on your hands. She's probably walking, saying a few words, and interacting with you as a real little member of the family.

She loves to explore her world even more than at 8 months, so this is a perfect time to catch those photographs of her interacting with everything around her.

One of our favorite ideas is the Baby Cakes portrait. You bring a little birthday cake, and we'll let her demolish it with great joy, as we photograph all those wonderful expressions., and frosting everywhere. (Of course, we do this as the last part of the 12 month session.

We'll take fabulous images of your little one year old demolishing his or her first birthday cake, with cake from ear to ear, frosting on the eyebrow, and sprinkles on the cheeks.
