"We don't own our children. We only borrow them for a short time."
They have a habit of growing up so fast!. As the old song says:
"Where are you goin' my little one, little one?
Where are you goin' my baby my own?
Turn around and you're two
Turn around and you're four
Turn around and you're a young girl
Going out of the door"
Don't miss a moment of their childhood. It's so easy to put off having quality professional portraits created of them, because life gets busy, and there's always tomorrow. But when I asked our high school seniors if they've every been professionally photographed before, the answer about 90% of the time is "NO".
What a shame that we miss all these wonderful growing up moments, only to photograph them when they look like the adult they've become.
To help, we're putting together a comprehensive children's portrait program (it's still under construction) called
The Six Stages of Childhood
Natural Children's Portraiture
There are 6 basic stages of childhood, each with its own unique joys and hurdles. But, underneath each stage runs not only the spirit and personality of your developing child, but also the love that you share with your child(ren). This time goes by so fast and all too often we look back and wish we could go back experience it again. Let us help you record those great memories.
Each stage has fun and unique ways that we can record your child's blooming personality ranging from the Expressions wall folio for newborns who are just learning to control their facial expressions to the innocence of a toddler exploring his world to the beauty of a young girl learning about what kind of woman she will become to the senior Transitions portraits. We've created ideas, sessions, and products designed to capture each of the stages with images that will warm you heart long after they themselves have children going through these same stages.
